Ingredients for 1-2 people:

Preparation

Blend the persimmons until you obtain a smooth puree. Then, add the cocoa and mix to obtain a homogeneous preparation. Pour into a mold and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours. Once the brownie is set, decorate it as you wishwith nuts, dried fruits or even chocolate shavings.

Note that you can completely replace the persimmons with other fruits easier to find on the shelves, like bananas or mangoes. This allows you to vary the flavors while maintaining the melting texture of this healthy brownie.

In the comments section of the Instagram publication, many Internet users thanked the influencer for this new recipe. “It’s good and easy to make”, “Thank you so much for all these amazing ideas, Hmm that’s very appealing, thank youor even “You manage”a-t-on pu lire.

One subscriber even went there his little advice. “Little tip to make the persimmons even better: put them in the freezer for 24 hours. That changes everything”he commented. In fact, the cold concentrates the taste and gives the fruit an even softer texture, ideal for this raw brownie recipe.
