  • 3 big sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of Provence herbs

Start by carefully peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin rings using a mandolin to ensure a uniform cut.
