To peel a large quantity of garlic cloves in a few seconds, place them separated from each other in a glass jar and close the lid. Shake, and you will get garlic cloves undressed in an instant.

Once your garlic cloves are peeled, place them in a blender to grind them in a few seconds too. Equip yourself with a freezer bag with a zip, then add the garlic cut into very small pieces inside.
