The ingredients for 30 chocolate truffles

  • 1 box of sweet concentrated milk (395 g)
  • 25 g butter
  • 4 chocolate spoons powder
  • 50 g chocolate shavings

The procedure to make this delicious brigadeiros recipe

Start by combining the milk, powdered chocolate and butter in a saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring regularly to prevent the chocolate from sticking at the bottom. Continue until the preparation becomes homogeneous and the pan reveals the bottom when you pass the spatula.

Once the mixture is ready, transfer it to a dish previously coated with a little butter to prevent it from hanging, then let it cool completely at room temperature.
When the preparation has cooled enough, slightly coat your hands with butter to facilitate manipulation.

Using a small spoon, take portions of dough and gently shape them in regular balls between your palms. Then roll each ball in the chocolate granules to coat them evenly.

Arrange the bites obtained in a small container or a dish specially intended for individual desserts, by spacing them slightly so that they keep their shape.
