To prepare a raclette tatinyou need (for 4 people) :
- 250 g the raclette cheese
- 380 g the potatoes
- 5 slices of raw ham
- 15 cl de thick crème fraîche
- 1 egg
- 1 pure butter puff pastry
- Mill pepper
Start by cooking the boiled potatoes (or steam) after washing and brushing them. Store the skin according to your preferences.
