- 1 strawberry tray
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 200 g fresh cheese
- 15 cl of liquid cream
- 100 g vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup
- 10 cl of water
- 8 pink Reims cookies
