Everyone has their Madeleine de Proust. When some let themselves be transported by the memory of Madeleines homemade, flavored with vanilla or lemon, others melt for the fluffy pancakes of their grandmother or for A great classic of express snacks (but delicious).

Grilled bread recipe, chocolate ganache, olive oil and fleur de sel

Ingredients

  • 200 g of chocolate
  • 200 g of liquid cream (30 %)
  • 30 g butter
  • Fleur de sel
  • Olive oil

Preparation :

Heat the cream in a saucepan until boiling. Meanwhile, cut the chocolate into small squares. Pour the hot cream on the chocolate, let stand for 3 minutes, then mix gently until you get a smooth ganache.

Add the butter in pieces and a pinch of fleur de sel. Stir so that the ganache is shiny and creamy. Spread it on a large dish in a uniform layer. Then place it in the refrigerator For at least an hour to firm up.

Grill the bread slices in the pan with a drizzle of olive oil until golden and slightly crisp. Once the ganache is well taken, take it out of the refrigerator. Pass a spoon under hot water, dry it thoroughly, then take a portion. Place it on the slices of toast, sprinkle with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of fleur de sel. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Note that this ganache can also serve as a garnish for Tartlet funds. For a dessert that will really impress your guests, place it generously on mini-tarts and finish with a few chocolate shards.
